Subject to you living in one of the postcode areas listed below, you will be collected at your door at the start of your holiday, and returned there after you have left your coach at the end, by a taxi or people carrier supplied by one of our carefully selected operating partners.

POSTCODE HU: HU1 to 20 inc

POSTCODE LN: LN1 to 13 inc

POSTCODE NG: NG23 to 25 inc & NG31 to 34 inc

POSTCODE PE: PE11 & PE20 to 25 inc

POSTCODE YO: YO15 & 16 inc

Note: if your postcode is PE12 or YO25 you may be eligible for our Door to Door service – please ask. 

On the day of departure you will be collected at the appointed time by taxi or people carrier. Please be ready to depart when your transport arrives, as subject to numbers travelling we may have to collect other passengers at other local addresses before taking you to your tour coach. Please note that on continental tours operated by Bowens, Yorks or Jeffs there will be a coach change at the rendezvous point. 

We can only pick-up from addresses within the postcode areas shown above.

We can only offer one pick-up address per booking form. Additional home pick-ups are available on bookings for 2 or more passengers, and are subject to a supplementary charge of £20 for each additional address.

The Door to Door Services only commences at street level and any passengers living in multi rise accommodation should be prepared to meet the driver with their luggage at street level (e.g. the foyer of flats).
